Getting reprimanded for guestlist

Bought this game when it came out did not finish.

Am trying again to finish but I keep getting reprimanded for turning away people in the Guestlist qeue who are NOT on the guest list (and I took the time to check).

I click on the name on the id, hover the id over the guestlist, it SAYS "not on guestlist" when I hand the id back and I STILL get reprimanded.

What am I doing wrong?

I started having this problem on day 13. I'm doing it the same way I did previously so it's not that. I'm just confused.

A bit late here, but I am having the same issues. Especially when playing endless mode. It's really annoying and preventing me from reaching higher score in leaderboard due to constant incidents
