Second Resistance Puzzle?

So, I've gotten my second puzzle from the resistance, but I'm not sure if I've "solved" it or not.

When you put the pieces together it's a copy of your own work visa with three "S" stamps on the Jupp jobs. I'm assuming this just means that one needs to obtain an "S" on all three of those upcoming jobs in order to progress with the resistance storyline? Is there something I'm missing here? I can't seem to find anything by Googling this (aside from a bunch of stuff about actual, real-life work visas haha).

I think it means his assumption on needing 3 S ranks was correct

Thanks. I was wondering the same question as OP. Answer much appreciated. My only challenge is usually making sure I understand the controls since playing on Nintendo Switch
