I all ready give the medal on the second night when i understand it was him. Now i have a sub quest. They ask me to give him is medal. What i do lol Now hes arrested for me 2

I am not sure if this related to the letter. But, if you drag the Disco Medal from your bag/inventory to the main "dashboard" to examine it closely, you will find "Viklav" written at the bottom.
