Secret puzzle (spoilers)

Does anyone have any clues for how to solve the puzzle in the letter from the Scorpion?

Spoiler 1:

If you move the letter a tiny bit you will see that below it is an template with some cut outs. If you move that template over the letter from the scorpion you will get a message about what to do next.

Spoiler 2:

To be able to help that person you have become the Main Bouncer at the Inn and then you will be able to obtain a Medal that is hanging at the wall at the Inn left from the Inn Owner Position when you enter it and have talked with the Owner and he has told you what the rules are for today.

Spoiler 3:

You will find in the letter and on the medal the name Vikal whome it does belong and you are able to give the medal at the second place you become an Bouncer to Vikal since his wife will tell you that he can be found there.
