ID holograms

It fails me saying that the ID had no hologram when it quite clearly does. This is getting well annoying especially when it happens so much i fail a job.

Hey Lifford, sorry about that! This sounds strange -- we haven't heard of anyone having this problem before, and I just tried playing it myself, and couldn't see an issue. To clarify -- the hologram is the shiny symbol on the top right of the IDs

Yeh, it's pretty inconsistent and I've only ever had the hologram actually missing once so i know what it looks like. Just to be clear though the hologram's meant to be totally gone, right? It's not just me looking at them wrong or being stupid?

Yeah the blue and green image in the top right of the ID should be missing.

This is very weird, as it's honestly just a thing that shouldn't be happening, which makes me think there must be some other misunderstanding... are you sure you aren't failing due to a missing *stamp*, rather than a hologram? On certain levels later into the game (roughly where it sounds like you're up to), tickets for certain venues will have a stamp on them, on the right hand side.

Could it be that you're letting people in who have got a ticket, but it isn't stamped? Because honestly, there's zero reason why the hologram stuff would be failing for your game but no-one else's...

If it persists, could you take a video? That way we could see it happening

There's never an issue with the tickets just the ID with the hologram at the top right. I'll try get a video of it next time playing.
