if yes then it's just the entrance to the post-game DLC area, my guess is that it's a visual glitch, or might be intentional before you finish the game if that's the case
If it IS a visual glitch, I personally feel like it should remain visible in the air. Perhaps a message could be added when you interact with it stating something about the Glitch's power preventing entry. It would add some intrigue, and could plant a seed for people to look into it after beating the game.
Of course, if the game directs you there directly after beating the game, maybe it could be made invisible from the air again.
Sorry about the confusion TwoFaceTony! Dog_Guarada is spot on - that's the entrance to the Free DLC dungeon which is only meant to appear after beating the game.
Thank you very much for letting me know about this bug - I feel really silly for missing this (it's literally just one extra tick-box I missed) XD But it'll be fixed up in the next patch :D
