I'm really sorry, but I don't understand which sidequest you need help with, or what in the sidequest that you're having trouble with. Can you please provide more information? =)

Oh sorry,it's my first time writting this.I want to know how to start the quest airship attack.I can't find the device.

No worries at all! Now I understand =D To find the Airship Device, you go to Bruneus (the city located on the Floating Continent). In this city, there's an area where you go down some stairs, and on your left is a bridge, and on your right is a waterfall. Walk *behind* the waterfall, and you'll discover a hidden cave. The device is in here =)
