How to drift through S turns?

I can drift fine through the first corner, but after that I can't seem to figure out how to initiate the second drift in the opposite direction. I come out of the first corner, let go of gas, tap brake plus the opposite direction, and resume gas but instead of starting a new drift I just skid to the wall and flip. What am I doing wrong?

same way you did the first. tap break while turning and hit the gas.

It doesn't seem to work. I tap the brake but the second drift won't initiate. It's like the brakes lock up and I just slide into the wall.

Sounds like you’re going too fast for the turn then.

Try steering in the new direction before you release the gas, tap the brake and push the gas again. If you start steering after releasing the gas it will not work.

Do the second drift not right after pressing the opposite arrow, but after the car already steered to the second direction.
