And it's funny, for me Crash 2 and specially Crash 3 have easier platinum relics than Crash 1. The slide and jump combo just make things a lot easier to deal with. Sometimes you can even avoid platforms sections by just jumping over them with slide+jump+spin technique.
Keep running - and try to get all timestop-crates. Don't pause unless you really need to like for moving platforms. In general it just means trying a few times till you memorized the layout.
For platinum.... even with moving platforms you gotta keep running. That includes things like jumping over the moving-platforms to be faster.
And if you got troubles at a level where you really are "how the **** do i get even close to that" - Youtube. There are many videos on how to get platinum for every level.
