There is a problem with the BOSS RIpper R00 in Crash bandicoot 2. makes me 2 tnt
then it stands still and nothing else can be done because it does not move any further and does not create tnt or nitro

Verify game files. Twice in a row. I didnt remember if it always redownload something, i guess not. Result of second verify should be "all files correct - no download requires".

Remove 3 game settings files (all files except saves) from user Roaming folder
%AppData%\Crash Bandicoot(TM) N. Sane Trilogy\
restart Steam as admin. Relaunch game directly from Steam Library, reset game settings (restart) and load a saved game.

Use admin run on steam exe (or any else games related if you strat them by exe directly and not from steam) and start game directly from steam library.
%LocalAppData%\VirtualStore\ should be empty or almost, and absolutely NO any games\launchers related files there (same as for Win Registry VirtualStore lcoation somewhere deep in HKCU section).

just remind you - make sure you use saves, not autosaves. Create manual save +save backup before that. Just to be saved (ta-dam :D ).

Than a next launch check how much FPS shown by Steam Overlay. it should be stable up-to-60. Maybe even 30 (for Time Trial mode surely better switch ingame option to 30).
Make sure it work not at higher FPS (not forced to) and force it to limit if it higher.

MY FPS IS 36 and still i cant play with this boss

NOW he released 10 tnt and after they exploded he still doesn't move
