Stable framerate, not less than 30 (stable 30 if lock to 30 fps in settings) not higher than 60 (60 fps lock ingame). FPS affect game mechanics and first off in Time trial - affect Timer.
Video from GarlandtheGreat who plays on PS4. Who not a "pro". He even not loss mask when he can (1 sec between TNT for mask). As i can see there is no 3d mask on that level (better check youself, it can be hidden) - so Mask must be loss for speedup on some level hazards obj or taken danger Time boxes.
Console leaderboards show much better times

No mouse controlling. And better gamepad (D-pad ofc) - not even a KB.
You can achieve Relics at any time you want in CB1. You must beat Cortex before beat Time trials in CB2. Relics required for some levels in CB3 and beating Cortex too (100% that Cortex must be defeated twice - after all collectibles).
You must collect all gems before entering The Great Hall level. Or you never achieve maximum 105% (only 104%) in CB1.
Platinum in CB 3 is more hardest at some levels. That from original PS1 version back then (PAL version more hardest)
Usually remake based on NTSC-U\C versions with only some changes from PAL. In original CB3 PAL Naughty Dog even delete Devs Time Trial records (included only in NA version), cause on one of the levels it impossible to beat.
