Spin / spinning not working? [Gamepad]

I tried 2 different gamepads, and sometimes the spin button doesnt work. Everything works fine except for spinning. making the game unplayable. It seems totally random. But it have to restart the game 0390339408 times everytime and see if it works, which makes me annoyed and tired not even wanting to play anymore.
Is this just me or anyone else has the same problem?
I have a PS4 controller and a Logitech dual action (cabled) controller.

Same problem, but using keyboard. Left click for spin attach doesn't register more than half the time. Unsure how to fix yet

I tried playing again and the problem still occurs.
I wonder if anyone knows that people have this problem. Where could we report this bug to?
