Stormy Ascent Unlocking Cutscene
When I first started up the game I saw a cutscene that unlocked Stormy Ascent after I beat N. Sanity Beach. Since I accidentally skipped it, I decided to start a new game. But when I beat N. Sanity Beach again, I didn't see it. How can I be able to see it again?

erase content of NST from user AppData. Cant say which one file. Probably all CB1 saves, or keep saves but erase some profile file. As i remember, there is no such profile file, so... probably all files removing is only way.
If this is stored in some settings files - you can try to keep saves. Or vise versa. Or all.

Okay.

If I delete all the files, it's unplayable and I have to reinstall the game.

unplayable?

Some or all files in game folder inside user AppData. I remember there is two files for settings (settings-store.dat, windowstore.dat), and few files for saves (1-3+auto per each game). Not sure if there is any else and what needed to reset game state.

I was pretty sure you do not need any progress to play stormy-ascent. have you tried just teleporting there. (there is a direct connection on the first island)

NEVER just delete files, specially if some random person on the internet tells you to do so.
Always just rename or move them somewhere.

he want a very little scene when compete first level in CB1 for very first time. its opposite problem - level been available already for him.

It really not shown again if start new game. But there is possibility to reset it. Im not sure which one file contain it.
In any way. If he just start to play Trilogy (all three games are fresh start), he can delete entire that user-data folder. Reconfigure settings ingame and create new saves. As he alreadt try to srart new game in CB1.

I can access it, but for some reason I can't see the cutscene that plays when you unlock it. I unlocked it after beating N. Sanity Beach, but I accidentally skipped it, not knowing it was a cutscene. I want to be able to see it again, but for some reason I can't, even after deleting my save and uninstalling the game.
I can't understand what you're saying.

For me deleting all files from AppData game folder - did a trick - reset game compeltely: making appear Licence Pop-up again, making CB1-3 start as they started for the first time.

But im compeltely turn off and never use Steam Cloud. Steam Cloud download it all back automatically, and also there is additional folder inside main Steam folder ->/userdata/.../731490/ with user related info (for few games, and for a few more if Cloud enabled).

I figured how to reset the game and I got to see it! I just deleted all the files from AppData. Turns out I was deleting the wrong files from the wrong folders before.

If games installed in program Files, they also use .\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\
folder and some WinRegistry entrie VirtualStore somewhere deep in registry.
