CB2, Un-Bearable level is very glitched.
First of all, I cannot access the secret place where the bear falls. It doesn't break planking, just falls through them. The planking got broken only once when I was playing. Now I've been trying to replay the level, but in vain.

Second, the last bear activates only one of three TNT boxes. I tried to move different ways just in case if the bear is following me, no use. I watched some walkthrough videos, the bear is always running the same way there.

So, I can't get the white gem on that level. Is there anyone who has the same problem?

Damn, I have the same problem. The planking got broken only once (the first time I played the level), and during that time I didn't get all the boxes because of two TNT not blowing up.

…It appears that the bear missing the boxes is completely random; by deliberately dying a dozen times in a row while keeping track of the box counter, I once managed to get it to break all four boxes in that part of the path (I missed the regular box before the TNTs on that run… it's not related though, missing it deliberately the next time didn't help).

I hope the planking can be also broken with multiple-retries method; otherwise, it's a game restart for me (to try and get that first-time broken planking, if that was the reason it worked once for me).

Yes! I got the damn thing working. Didn't lose that many lives, even (though admittedly I reloaded a bunch of times before reaching my goal).
Not sure if it's related, but before I made it, I installed both d3dx11 overrides in protontricks (was running the game with Proton); then, I just bruteforced the level (that is, retried until success). One thing I noticed, the place where the bear breaks the planking is somewhat random, so even if it appears to be falling through there's a chance a hole will appear.
The second time TNTs got blown up I was kinda messing around (jumping over boxes n'stuff), though I doubt it actually played a role.

I was playing it with Proton too.

Yeah, it appears there's a bug that only affects the game under Wine… But, turns out it's actually possible to get around it.
