You have at least 3 possible problems:
-You're trying to run the game with unsupported resolution [Decrease it];
-Your gpu driver was installed improperly [Reinstall it with default settings];
-Your gpu is sufferring because of overheat [Clean all the dest/Replace the thermal paste];
Rendering problems are about your GPU. Always. If the game didn't crash - you have a list of solutions you have to apply one by one.
I can run the game on LGA775 PC with no problem so it's all about your PC.
Also you can try to run the game via specific commandline option by forcing the DX11 software warp mode:
--dx11warp
If nothing changed - bad news.
THANK YOU. The other comment was just nothing so I ignored it lol. Especially since they ignored me saying that it's a bug other people have had and not being sure how to fix it.
I checked this solution and it actually works. The thread can be found on Reddit.
