Where are the DLC levels?

Stormy Ascent and Future Tense are faded out on the main menu and I can't find them on the store. Is there any way to access the DLC levels on PC?

Stormy Ascent is located at the end, near The Great Hall (there is a warp pad at the beginning that can take you there if you're not that far in yet).
Future Tense is on a platform between the first and second time travel areas in the Time Twister.

Start Crash 1 and new level entrance appear on special scripted pre-intro scene. You can delete all files in game folder in AppData\Roaming (including saves) and that scene appear again when you start new game.
It not appear twice if you start new game on another save file.
