All portals disappear!! Help me

Hello guys, as you can see from the screen, all portals of all levels disappear! I restart the game but nothing... What can I do now?

Ooohh, I get it now. You ran into a bug. They didn't expect you to hit 100% before fighting Cortex the first time. As far as I can tell, there's no way to fix this beyond starting a new save.

Unless you've beaten Cortex before, in which case you do have to fight him again when you reach 100%. You don't get a choice in the matter.

lol serious? Every crash games I did all levels to take the crystal (I beat all boss too), after I did them all twice for the crystal and I did them all for the third time to get all relics...

You can't collect Relics before Cortex without cheating (except 2-3 levels). In Discussion here already exists thread about this from another cheater.
You must beat Cortex twice.
Game have old bug, that prevent players collect yellow gem from main level, clear gem (or rare crystals) from jumping reward bug, and you must play free-DLC after 105%. Do not use any cheats.

But you have (almost) all Relics? Another person who cheat have Relivs before Cortex too. And same problem.
Even if you bug from Yellow Gem or DLC Gem, you still have Relics before you actually can get it.

all relics? Dude do u play at crash 3 or not? There are a max of 31 relics and I have only 26 relics... What's your problem guys?

Dude don't take QWEEDDY2 too seriously he has no mouse icon and a private profile. He a pirate and he clearly trolling because blue relics don't need speed boost at all to get in warped.

Well i know this issue ive used a trainer for 2 lvls and i had the same issues as u but after beating cortex again the game worked as it should.

Wont help ive tried it to you have to beat cortex if you cant delete the save game and start again are you sure you havent used a trainer ? cuz its already known if you use a trainer it can break something in ur game ive used one and had exactly the same problem as you.

Yea pretty sure you need to beat Cortex again, before you are even allowed to select any level again.
