Downloading issue

In these days I decided to download the game in order to complete all the remaining objectives, but when I try to download it after a while the speed drops to 0 bytes.
The fun fact is this problem does not seem to happen with other games.

have you tried to restart Steam or select different download locations?

Yep, I've restarted Steam many times.
Maybe I'll try to change region.

if changing download location will not help, then try to
1) shutdown Steam
2) delete the following file

...STEAM\steamapps\appmanifest_731490.acf

3) delete the following folder

...STEAM\steamapps\temp\731490

4) turn-on Steam and try to install once again

Ok now I have resolved, idk why but at the end the download didn't gave that problem ahahah
