Additional redists from Steam - 30 Nov (updates regularly).
If you installed game in custom SteamApps folder, Steam can re-download steam.dll.
No other updates.
Sometimes Steam really did some updates - but this is normal (windows redists or steam dll's and etc.)
That updates usually sized about 100 mb or less. But Crash Trilogy steam lsat time update 1,5 month ago. Some other November updates too. Previous - from 2017y and no others.
And this never happens to me - i have only true game updates, even add-nal redists not downloaded automatic for me (only with re-installation).
Some games use not just some Microsoft\nvidia\etc redist, but also additional copy of steam main dll library's - like this:
