Game opens in window mode across both monitors

When my game opens it opens in window mode and splits between both screens. But I cannot fix this because I cant accept the useragreement because it is off screen so I cannot get to options to change video mode.

Can anyone help?

strange, it forces fullscreen for most games (and other apps). worked when i fixed my game launching in 4k windowed in 1080p monitor. no reason it shouldnt fullscreen

I fixed it in a really weird way. I went my display settings and rotated my screen to flipped portrait (so my screen was upside down)

Then I could accept the terms, and after that I flipped my screen back to normal and went to settings and changed it to borderless window.

Hopefully that makes sense

I have the same problem, but i only have one monitor, so the game is in windowed mode and i can only see a zoomed in part of the game, not able to access settings to change anything.. This should be fixed ASAP

hey guys i just got the game and i play on a laptop and i had the same issue and i figured out a way that worked for me to get it fixed. what i did was i went to my screen resolution and i set it to 3840x2160 now i only have a 1080p screen and when i went to that setting which strangly enough i never had it before it fixed the game and i was able to set my resolution of the game back to 1080p and not that big mess. after i fixed the game i went back to my origional settings and now its working like a charm. i do hope it helps anyone who is having the same issues as i was

Hi did you try my solution I posted above about rotating your display in the computer settings?

I had this issue. I unplugged my second monitor. Launched the game. Set my resolution. Then connected my monitor again. Works fine.

You can also press win+p (on windows) and temporarily only have one moniter on - games will only see one until you turn dual screens on again. (effectively the same as unplugging 'digitally')
