Policy on Streaming and Let's Plays

Is there an official policy on Streaming and "Let's Play" videos on this game?
Where can I find it?

Activision even not put EULA in Steam. Check Activision web site (both main and support).

Also, FAIR USE allow stream any game by any person. No monetisation\advs (but donate acceptable im think) ! Must describe all copyrights ("all rights reserved").

It seems that support site do not provide articles for that. So you must read (and put in description too) EULA (terms of use) from activision.com

Normally, if it's not Nintendo, you're fine. Haven't heard of other companies being massive ****bags like Nintendo — most encourage it because it's really free advertising.

I know that SEGA have on support site article about video\streaming (feel free with copyrights text and official youtube links, and no words about monetisation). All other... I say again -- FAIR USE.

Activision did not put public EULA URL for Steam Store (show before buying or at least before each time downloading)
Contact Activision. Steam Community is "grave" place (except Crash) -- both players and developers -- for non-indie games. R.I.P. old Steam Forums publishers section.
