Huge Resolution (Help Please)

My game starts with an insane resolution or expanded screen size and I am unable to resize it, or move it to click on settings and change it, or simply make it fullscreen. What do I need to do to fix this?

First try delete game folder in user %AppData% and relaunch game.

Your save files are stored in there, too. Don't do anything you'll regret.

Delete save files is useful for resolve game glitches.
Johnny Sniper do not have any save files -- he just download game and cannot started.

Just press alt+enter to force fullscreen

And 4K resolution ? Game still can oversized (or black screen!). Better first change res ingame, later ingame change to fullscreen. To do that must be edited settings file in %AppData% or try to delete folder and relaunch.

If fisrt screen with EULA pop-up message:
Up -> Enter
If main menu (after EULA accept)
Up - Enter - Down x2 - Enter - Right x2 - exit settings button - Left - Enter

If you have DSR / 4K resolutions enabled in your Geforce Control Panel, try turning it off. Sounds like the game is assuming you have a 4K screen.

Have you tried going into the task manager, right click on the Crash Bandicoot process in the programs window and choose maximize?
