Gem 45 in Crash 3 may be bugged, any advice?

So I've completed Crash 3 in it's entirety, every gem, every relic, etc. I've seen a lot of people online complaining that the last gem won't spawn for them but they usually have some sapphire relics still around, I do not. Every one of my relics is gold or platinum, I have the 44 other gems from every level and have done all the relics including Hot Cocoa and the dinosaur one. I've beat Cortex a second time after the fireworks went off and still no gem.

I've redone the last level I earned gems on, redid Cortex, upgraded a few gold relics to platinums and nothing is working. Whenever I go over to that computer console the last gem will not spawn and it's absolutely infuriating me.

Any advice? Is my save just bugged? I really, REALLY don't want to play through everything again. Do I also need to do Future Tense? I've seen no mention of that anywhere. Help please.

It might be bugged. I got the gem and didn't have to fight Cortex the second time but that was on PS4.

Well ♥♥♥♥. Yeah I've tried restarting a few times too and it hasn't fixed itself... tomorrow I will do Future Tense and hopefully that will fix the issue. I'm gonna be really mad if it doesn't work.

In Crash 3 there are 47 gems. The last gems spwans at Coco after you collect all the other crystals, relics and 46 gems. Did you collect gems and relic from new DLC level Future Tense?

All your relics must be at least gold or higher. Saphires don't count. If you earn all the gold or platinum relics, than your progress will be 107% and the last gem will show up.

I'm having the same issue, I haven't done Future Tense however. But don't see why I'd have to given its an extra level. The last level I got a relic on was Hot Coco. I hope they release a patch to fix this issue. Completely unfair after all the work I put in.

I managed to get the 2 gems and gold relic in Future Tense, can confirm it gave me the gem after completing those levels.

wait nvm the game has 46 collectable gems before the last one spawns. u prob just missed 1

u only need 30 out of 31 plat relics if u have future tense's one.
so u can skip 1 time trial if u want
