Crash 1 tnt jump

Anyone know how can break tnt without die? I ask it for time trials.

You jump on it and wait for it to blow or you can spin enemies into them. Enemies will go even through walls and doors.

Dunno how to do that, never had to, you can literally just do a jumpnig spin to hit the yellow box and jump over the red tnt all in 1 motion.
