Windowed mode bug *FIX*

If you have the problem that the game starts with the wrong resolution and in windowed mode here's the resolution how i fixed it, you can minimize the game and hover over it on your task bar to see where in the menues you are, that way you can navigate to the options menue and change the resolution setting. hope this helps.

I'm curious, what is your desktop resolution? and what resolution did the game try to launch in?

Just press ALT+ENTER man. Its common knowledge. The bug happened to me too. Just click on the title bar of the window to make sure its is active and then press the ALT+ENTER. Thank me later :)

Mine is 1080p too and I had the same problem. Game started in 4K res. ALT+ENTER worked for me. Maybe you did not click on the window once to make sure the game window is the active one.

Mine started windowed too but in 1080p, I just alt-entered into it and good to go lol.

I just shared my game with my brother and his ♥♥♥♥♥♥ laptop had the same issue and was fixed with the same method so I can confirm it works.

I think the issue some are having, is its loading up in stupid resolutions like 4k, so it won't let it go fullscreen as the monitor doesn't support it.

There is another longer solution. Make the game borderless using Bordless Gaming Tool. Then set your resolution in game to 1080p and quit the game. Then restart without BG tool.

My desktop is set at 1080p. Game launches in 4K Window mode. ALT+ENTER does not work for me either. Only way to get the game running is setting desktop to 4k. Changing in-game video settings has no effect either (except when setting to Fullscreen Window mode).

Alt enter worked for me. The window needs to have focus.

When this "Windowed mode problem happened to me, all I did was disable V-Sync and it went straight to full screen. Didn't even change the resolution at all.

Had to hit Alt+ENTER twice. SOOO much work. But it did work so thanks :)
