Jungle rollers not loading

Hello, I have a black screen when I want to lauch that specific level. I was able to play the first one so I don't really understand what's going on.

I already tried :
- verify game files
- reinstall the game
- create a new game
- turn off vsync

any ideas ?

I'm on windows 10 pro with a Nvidia GTX980ti (6GO ram) and a i7-4770 3.4GHz and 8GO ram

Try installing driver version 398.36

The fact its that specific level seems like a corrupted file. Do you have any issues in 2 or 3?

Just tried to remove L102_JungleRollers.pak, verify game files so it download the file again but it's still not working. Didn't try 2 or 3 yet so idk ^^ I'll play a bit and see if I have the same issue

I played a bit and yes same issues in 2 and 3 :/ Hang Eight and The Pits in 2, Toad village in 3

So its likely a driver or software issue of some sort then.

Bad luck, easiest way to fix that is reinstall windows haha.

If you can find the driver or software thats conflicting with the game you'll be able to fix it, but thats quite a process.

Was having this exact issue, reinstalling Steam solved it for me.

I have the same problem, In "the pits" on Crash 2 have a black screen, reinstalling Steam you said?

Yeah, worked for me. You don't need to reinstall the game, just move your steamapps folder somewhere else and place it back once you've reinstalled Steam.

Hola, ami no me funciono lo de mover la carpeta steam apps y desistalar steam, lamentablemente tambien se queda en pantalla en negro en the pits, voy a pedir el reembolso :( , saludos

For reinstalling Steam you must delete all files\folders in Steam except Steam.exe, SteamApps and libraryfolders.vdf file (in SteamApps).

When reinstalling game dont forger to delete game folder and game folder in \USERS\%APPDATA% . Delete only settings or maybe even saves.
Do you use KB or joypad? Do you have problems with sound?
Try to switch game window to _ Native fullscrenn _ from default borderless fullscreen window mode and change resolution.

After that do verify game files in Steam. You ALWAYS must do that after games download\updates and Steam reinstalling too. You must do this TWICE and all time STeam must say "all files correct". Check SteamApps downloads\temp folders for temp 731490 folders (they must be empty)

It didn't work for me, neither reinstalling steam or reinstalling the gaming, starting new game file etc. etc.. Really frustrated as i want to play the game :(
I have this issue for Hang Eight and The Pits, in Crash B 2.
