is lost city bugged?

i'm tryng to get to the n. brio bonus level in the lost city, i nedd all 3 token bvut when i reach the first one, the wooden box that should be there is transparent and there is no way to activate it. i even watched some videos to be sure i didn't miss something and the wooden box should be accessible from the get go. have they patched something since the last year, or is a bug? how can i take the first token like this?

in my game there is no life next to the token and the box is transparent (Like the ones you need to activate with the ! metal boxes )

To activate it you have to jump on the bouncy crate that is tucked away in an alcove right before it. There is a ! box hidden above.

The activation box is hidden in the little room, at 0.38 she bounces on the box to hit it.

its a tricky one, if you listen closely you can hear it haha

Also you can spin the lizards away (even the jumping ones). There wont be any need to jump
around when the lizards are jumping towards you.
