It's not about the controllers. A remake can never match the feel of playing Crash Bandicoot on a PS1, PS2 or a PS3. It's physically impossible to get that level of accuracy with the remake. Consoles are needed after all. You can never get rid of console gamers, not even with PC remakes.

you mean it can never beat the feeling of ps1 and perhaps 2 simply because os nostalgia-reason... ps3 and 4 feel exactly like simply having a pc standing there connected to the screen :P

As someone who played these as a kid, and further more has used Playstation 1 emulators, I can attest to the fact that the emulators do perfect justice assuming you are using the right emulator and the right settings. I'll happily throw my money at a modern remaster, on the PC no less, that lets me do it all again without having to use an emulator or find a PS1/2.

PS: I have nostalgia powered love for this game, so believe me I'd be bothered by problems with this game or an emulator but I've run into none. Warped was probably the only game I ever 100%'ed as a child. I won't forget it.

Played the original on both PS1 and PC (with emulator) and no difference at all..

I remember another version of this game which you have to throw some boxes at each other as well and yeah i've played it on PC with my cousins and it was pretty enjoyable.

Not sure why console gamers always crying for exclusives.i've had both PS1 and PS3 and Nintendo Famicom as well and never had this feelings but this console gamers acting like they owned the entire console's designers company or something..

If you enjoy a game on console it doesn't mean others can't enjoy on other platform
Everything is up to developer themselves to ensure the best experience to all players

They want all our exclusives and will rage and cry until they get it or don't, but we get one game (that's been multiplatform for years now) and it's gotta be an even bigger crying ♥♥♥♥ show from them lol
