Can't make death route jump in Piston It Away

I can't seem to make the jump with the 2 octopus robots for the life of me, I'm always a little short. Does anyone have any advice to clear it?

Jump the closest you can to it's right side without hitting the tentacles and keep holding your analog stick to the right. I just did that level and had some difficulty with the timing, but the jump was fine tbh.

Jump at the last milisecond and keep the direction right while holding the jump button all the way until you reach the end.
