I don't think Dr Nitrus Brio is a real doctor

So, when you fight him, he stands there mixing these two vials of fluid together (fluid, the identity of which is never revealed; suspicious) and then after all that he just goes and downs the entirety of both flasks, thus rendering the mixing unnecessary. It doesn't even do anything impressive, all it does is turn him into a horny pervert with a penchant for bandicoots. Has anyone even seen any credentials?
