Game keeps freezing & crashing since last patch
The game is crashing a lot since the last patch with an error of "Out of video memory" !! I can't progress from my save point.
I've inspected the crashed balloon. Now, I need to escalade some rock to get to the latest position of the Alliance.

I just load my save, my avatar is speaking but can't move a inch. And then the game crash.

I have a RTX 3090 so it has 24 GB of Video memory.

Hi MetalDestroyer,

Can you send us your game saves and DxDiag report to angelika.kaldus@starward.co? Your graphic card is certainly above requirements, so running the game shouldn't be a problem. Maybe you have to update your drivers or check the virtual memory. Anyway, we'll get to the bottom of the problem and fix it :)

How can you get the DxDiag file?
1. Click on Start.
2. Type "DxDiag" and launch DxDiag.
3. Click on "Save all information".
4. Save "Dxdiag.txt" file.

How can you get your saves from the game? If you downloaded the game to the C disk, you should find them in:
C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\TheInvincible\Saved\SaveGames
Same here. Game is crashing with

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 684] pResource->Map(Subresource, pReadRange, reinterpret_cast<void**>(&pData)) failed at D:\P4WS\Dev_BM01_ue427_release\Engine\Source\Runtime\D3D12RHI\Private\D3D12RHIPrivate.h:1181 with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED with Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

And YES graphic card driver is up to date
And NO graphic card has not been overclocked
And YES DirectX12 is up to date
Also have the same issues with hard lock ups since the update. Not to mention unusually long time to load the game to start with.

Please, attach your save file, your DxDiag file, and your log file created after the issue happens. Please, also send a video or a screenshot of the issue as well as a link to this thread. To get the files please, follow the steps below:

To create a log file:

- After the issue happens press "Ctrl + C"
- Minimize the game
- Open Notepad
- Press "Ctrl + V"
- Save the file

To create a DxDiag file:

- Click on Start
- Type “DxDiag” and launch DxDiag
- Click on “Save all information”
- Save “Dxdiag.txt” file

Your saves can be found in the following folders:
C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\TheInvincible\Saved\SaveGames

The same thing happens to me since the last update. After the first one he also crashed, but only from time to time.
I manage to resolve this issue by lowering the Anti-Alaising option. But, all other graphical options are set to EPIC with DLSS on Quality Mode for 4K resolution.

This is not working for my case.
But by trying your solution it crashed during the the first try in the graphic settings.
After lowering the Anti-Alaising option and after a restart of the game, it continues crashing during playing after around 20 seconds of gameplay.

Maybe it is noch compatible with windows 11.
On an old windows 10 PC it is running. But under windows 11 it is crashing.

@Developers: Please fix the problem.

Same for me, the game loads then hangs up and is unplayable. I am at about the 6 hour mark in the game, would like to finish. Is there a resolution yet?
Hi am enjoying and playing my first play through,

But when I choose to drive to the Alliance Base my game ctd and froze cpu the second time.

There is really problem after alliance base. Game itself is great. but stuttering damaged the quality. I hope they don't ignore this problem. Because all of the people tells about same problem!
