Abandoned or Updates in the Future?

Just want to know if this game is still being worked on or if this is as complete as it will ever be. Enjoying it so far. Just curious.

Hey Vicky,
Realistically, I think Verdant Skies is pretty complete. I'm still supporting it and will do compatibility updates / bug fixes if they continue to be practical. Right now, I think I've mostly told the story that I wanted to tell- there are definitely things about the game I'd like to improve or change, but they mostly would be really big rewrites and I'd need to bring in other team members... so that would be more for a sequel or something like that.

Okie dokie thank you! The pacing for me was interesting because i'm used to more laborious types of games.
I rushed through a lot of the tasks in Verdant Skies thinking it would be similar and am trying to figure out how to slow down hahaha xD
That's more of a me issue though. I like the freedom and range of activities available in the game. I also feel like the map is the perfect size to explore without feeling restrained by the clock. It's so nice not having to worry about passing out if you don't get to bed on time too.

Great! That's exactly what we were going for with the game. Harvest Moon (and even Stardew Valley) sort of make you pack as much as you can into a day in order to be "efficient", and we wanted to avoid that. So take your time and enjoy unlocking the story on each character!

I really loved playing this game. I don't think the story ended yet, lol. It would be awesome to have a DLC to expand the game to another island or make a Verdant Skies II in another planet entirely. Hey, I'm up to make a character in a new colony! I think you have plenty to bring to this game.

Glad to hear you enjoyed it so much! Another planet would be a lot of fun. We're working on a new game in a different genre, but all my work certainly has me thinking about Verdant Skies again.

I've played to 100% achievement completion. Amazing game, not at all lacking in content.
