Personnaly on my cfg for CSS I only removed the 3dsky and the black ropes all over the maps. That kind of thing really helped to make the game smoother on my old computer.
You cannot do this in CSGO anymore, and the command to turn off post processing effects is locked as well. The funny thing being that the game actually looks better without the post processing.
I recently built a new comp so I don't really care about that stuff, but still it would be nice for the less fortunate players if Valve could give us some room here to tweak the game.
Valve can activate command similar at 3dsky , ect ect for tweak the game , no ?
