Error loading swf file?

I trield to play the game today and whenever i try to play any game mode i get this error message what should i do?

i updating 300 mb cs go and launch game and see this error in loading Error loading swf file.
i verify game but he need again download 300 mb update i updating this but again this error pls help me :(

P.S. Have you tried repairing the Steam Service?

Repair the Steam Service
