What is a restricted weapon?

I just realized that I have a "restricted" StatTrak Gragon Tattoo Glock, but I have no idea what does restricted pistol means. Anyone?

restricted just refers to the rarity of the weapon. you can tell how rare your weapon is by the colour of name,from blue being common(doomkitty,skulls,..) to red ultra rare(knives, and coins)

It's Lv.3 Rarity Level. It's Dark Purple / Violet Bordered on your bottom right.

Depends on what skin you buy, you can't use a CT skin on a T weapon.

Haha literally my first case openning was the ST FN Gragon Tattoo glock. Didn't know it was good drop back then. Gave it to a friend for free as I thought it was a common skin to get. (boy was I so wrong)
