Someone has to have abandoned fully, so disconnect and the 5 min timer has to run out. I'm pretty sure kicking doesn't count anymore

u can do it with kicks, kick every player till there is 1 guy left then the last guy and vote surrender

Click escape on the top left corner of your keyboard, then you click call vote and then hit surrender. But you can only surrender if your teammate has left/abandoned the game.

But you have to have some one who abonded/left the game/lobby
