CS:GO store not loading.
It just continually says "Checking out..." and not actually doing anything. Is anyone else having the same problem?

What you should do is go to your cs go folder in installed folder, right click cs go icon, click properties, compatibility and set it to windows 7. Yours might be windows xp service pack 2 or something else. change it. then re login to steam and open cs go from desktop. then you will be able to use in game store without any issues.

Because I tried doing this and it still does not work for me

that worked for me sir.
are you sure you have met the other criteria such as steamguard on and so on? or did you change pass or payment method?
There is also a thread by steam on how to clear stuff that may interfere with game overlay. google that too. and if nothing works contact steam. they are sure to help you out

they replied to mine within 2 days when i first had the problem. please do the troubleshooting they mentioned too. one where you untick a lot of windows stuff because sometimes that interferes with in game overlay. try turning off firewall as well
