Paying for nametags?
Do I really have to pay £1.25 to call my purple gun 'The Dildo'?

Is that too much to ask to support a game you've sunk time into that was released fairly cheap?

nametags will drop?
Kritty Aug 29, 2013 @ 5:53pm
Nope. Most of the prices dropped before because the items could be bought with foreign currencies at a lower price. Now, Valve has set prices in those foreign countries based on exchange rates, which means that everyone sees the same price in the store. Since people can't get them below the USD store price anymore, you won't see them any cheaper on the Steam Community Market.

Lol should have known better. But yah. Thought they'd be a curtousy item too. Or at least a drop.

If the nametags increased your damage, yes it would be a problem. But it doesn't so..........why have a problem with it?

It is when I can't play every afternoon becaue the matchmaking server is always down. They should really fix that before finding ways to nickel and dime me.

The way I look at it, support or not, should I not be able to earn one or get one for free? I've been playing since beta. I pump a lot of hours in to the game. I don't have a hacker record. Drops should be based off of skill in game and not for showing up players would be more inclined to get better at the game). The current system enourages trading rather than playing. You can say 'Oh just ignore it' but it's not really that easy. I don't want the community to turn into a trade fest rather than a legitimate competitive community
