How contact csgo support ?

Help me please because in competitive my pc crash, i reboot him and reconnect to server, play game (we win :D), and when game end, in menu he tell me "leaved last competitive match, ban 7days", WTF !? I have play game and win esport csgo case and ban ? bug and i need contact csgo support but don't know where are there :/ If people know can you tell me please ?

And sorry for bad english i'm french ^^

You can choose the game csgo there.

Don't know if this is what happened, but I've seen it happen before. You probably left the game at the end on your own, rather than allowing the game to exit for you.

If you got banned due to Server crash, make sure to submit a ticket to Steam support.its shays ths so u can fix it bro !

Is it possible to get steam to decrease my friends ban? His little cousin was playing and decided to kick everyone in the game so he got banned for a week and now we can't play competitive together. He used to have a really sucky computer so it would crash in the middle of a game and he'd get banned and so now every time his computer crashes or he has to let his cousin play and he gets banned its a week. Any way to help this?

I really need to contact CS GO because all the new weapons that ive bought and traded for are all gone and i don't know where to !!! This happened as soon as i added two guys that were friends with each other, so it seems a bit suspicious. I this they may have taken my weapon skins !!!!

I want to give a suggestion as I started off bad so I was silver II but I have ranked up to silver elite and then down to silver IV as I left at the end of a match when you normally can but I play so much better than everyone else bit to get to a higher rank it could take ages from bad teams so I wish there was a way to reset your rank and to do the 10 wins again to see what rank you should be as being silver pisses me off because I beat everyone
