Vac banned = no veteran coin?

Valve this is utterly dumb I'm only banned from Modern Warfare 2 and because of that I don't get a coin? Modern Warfare 2 isn't even related to counter-strike why should I be punished in other games for already being punished in one game. (not to mention a lot of the steam activities as well)

your wrong. The coin has nothing to do with being banned or not. Its how much time you spent in the cs community in general. Its a dumb coin and there is no reason to make a disscussion about it.

Pretty disappointed by this, I have had my account since November 2004 and played competitive Source from 2004-2012 legitimately without ever cheating, yet I have an old HL1 vac ban on my account from 2005 or something. If your account is banned from playing source based games then fair enough, But i can play cs:go with no issues.

I got vac banned over 5 years ago.. i was a kid back then i didnt really think about what i was doing. But over those past 5 years i made community on CSS with non vac servers and i had never banned players permamently from the servers. It was ALWAS 30 min ban first and if they hack again they will get permament ban. And in most cases they never hacked again, atleast not on my server. Most of them just begged me to unban them. I also made ban appeal every year after that ban but they refused it every time. So i dont really care anymore. ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥ valve and the coin.
