cutllinkedlist overflow! (exhausted index range)
Since the latest big update (guns and camo update) I have been getting strange crashes on zombie servers. After a few hours of playing I my game crashes with the error 'cutllinkedlist overflow! (exhausted index range)'. I did a bit of research and found that it may be caused by trails. Does anyone know if it is possible to turn off trails client side/ any client side fixes for this error or can it only be fixed server side?

I am posting to let you know that you are not alone. I have received this error twice in the past 24 hours, however, I have not found a solution to the problem.

Thank god I am not alone, just did a little bit more research and it could be caused by too many sprites/particles, so if you could turn that setting down or off that might fix the issue

Hey fellas. You must do this:

-Go to Program Files>Steam>Steamapps>Common>CounterStrike Global Offensive
-Rightclick on "csgo.exe" and select "Troubleshoot Compatibility"
-Select "Try Recommended Settings"
-Select "Windows Compatibility Mode: Windows XP (Service Pack 2)", and click "Start The Program", after CSGO launches, just close out of it, and click "Next"
- Select "Yes, save these settings for this program"

And then you could just launch CSGO normally

Thanks for the tip :D If I ever start getting the error regularly again then I'll try this fix out, it seems to be fine for me at the moment :)

I click 'Start the program' but nothing happens, am I supposed to start it manually, start it through steam, or should it open automatically?
