I got a weapon case, its in my in game inventory, but its not in my steam inventory! (problem not solved)

I want to sell it but I can't... because its not in my steam inv DDDD;

It's not supposed to be in your steam inventory. You select it in the game inventory when putting it up on the market.

How are you trying to put it on the market? Try going to View at the top of the steam window, then Inventory, clicking Counter-Strike: Global Offense, selecting the crate, and then pressing the Sell button at the bottom right of the description for the item.

Are you sure you got the case, then? I think it shows the drops other people receive. You may have mistaken it for yours.

That is what i say it is not in steam inventory its in CSGO inventory. Where the coin is if you got operation payback.
