If 5 S1's have a draw against 5 GE's, then those S1's can say "Hello Silver 2!"
The GE's might get deranked, but probably not.
Although no game has this drastic of rank differences, it is certainly possible for one team to have the "real" win, while the other has the real loss. But its so miniscule its practically nothing.
