google CPL mouse fix, apply it to windows (removes some negitive accelleration)
cl_rawimput 0
windows 6/11
cl_mousespeed 0
all acceleration options set to off or 0 (in console cl_mousespeed mousespeed1 ect ect)
m_filter 0 i believe
and for the DA2013, the sensor on the mouse from the data sheets seem to indicate a native dpi of 1600 how ever the da2013 comes with 1800 dpi by default.
what i sugest you do in the Synamps software set a dpi of 800 dpi if you are using 1080p
these settings seem to be best for no acceleration at all for that mouse imo.

why do that when you can just run the cpl fix and done for ever.
I already have cpl mouse fix -_- like I said I have no acceleration in windows, or in other games with raw input , only csgo
m_customaccel_max "0"
m_mouseaccel1 "0"
m_mouseaccel2 "0"
m_mousespeed "0"
m_rawinput "0"
sv_forcepreload "1"
cl_forcepreload "1"
I don't, just noticed that it may be usefull, and do not know of a cpl fix.( I don't have mouse probs)
GL!
CPL Mouse Fix
//autoexec.cfg
m_customaccel "0"
m_customaccel_max "0"
m_mouseaccel1 "0"
m_mouseaccel2 "0"
m_mousespeed "0"
m_rawinput "0"
sv_forcepreload "1"
cl_forcepreload "1"
and DA2013 set @ 400, 800, or 1600 DPI, = no mouse acceleration
I would suggest 800 DPI and ingame @ 1.55
hense you have mouse acceleration. so most fixes just make presion pointing = no acceleration.
EDIT:
Thread showing how cl_rawimput 1 is broken in csgo
http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3159766
Make sure you read the thread I linked because it might not help, I know it has for others who had problems with raw input.

If you still have mouse acceleration after that, either you're applying it wrong, or the mouse is on a DPI setting that's not actually native and it has interpolation to achieve that DPI.
