RESETTING VIEWMODEL On Restart

when i change my viewmodel_offset_x y or z's, and then restart the game, it resets those values. WHAT DO?

I don't use the autoexec.cfg, instead I put my preferred viewmodel_offset_x y or z in the config.cfg and also add in viewmodel_presetpos "0"

i think the presetpos 0 might work. after resetting my viewmodel, i entered in viewmodel_presetpos 2 and it reset it zzzzzzzzzz

Autoexec doesn't work for me, because I think config.cfg overwrites the memory a second or so after the game launches. If you put in some echo commands you'll see them display before everything else, not after, like it should.

You should go to your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg and open default.cfg with notepad and remove the commands that have to do with the default view model settings. It's really annoying how they just nonchalantly put in resetting commands for the view model.
