Skins allowed?

is custom skins for weapons allowed in cs:go and also in competive matches?
if not: why?

do any one know a good place to get cs:go weapon skins*?

you can't use it in almost all server, so stop looking for skins

In competitive its not allowed for obvious reasons.

Im pretty sure its aloowed in community servers tho.
