first you have to set: sv_cheats 1
bot_add
bot_add_t
bot_add_ct
bot_kick
bot_kill
bot_difficulty 0,1,2 or 3 (not sure about this in csgo)
You can try some commands from this link, they are from cscz but most of the important ones should work:
http://jasonwilliams400com.startlogic.com/snor/weeds/Counter_Strike/Documentation/Counter-Strike_Condition_Zero_Bot_Commands.htm
no slashes,!, etc., just the commands. Most commands have parameters like bot_difficulty has 0,1,2,3 or sv_cheats has 1 and 0, other commands don't need parameters but you could use them like 'bot_kill' will kill all the bots but if you type 'bot_kill (name of the bot)', this will kill this specific bot only
no, you type the commands in the console, if you don't know what the console is, then you have to find out about it, however it is nothing complicated, you can enable the console in options > game settings
Some ideas:
1) place bots at certain common angles along the map, get yourself some unlimited flash bangs, and start tossing. you can use no clip to check if the bot was flashed or not. It's great for learning where flash bangs will pop around corners and where you can stand to avoid them. repeat with nades, smokes etc.
2) setup so you can see grenade paths and learn new flash bangs from you tube or discover your own.
3) place a bot at a common hold positions and practice your entry frags, or common lurk spots and practice your prefires.
4) setup a 1v2 or 3 or 4 or 5 retake, with common guns in common positions, and keep trying to do it faster and faster, until you can easily take the whole team out.... then in the real word, when it's you solo, and everyone is going "clutch or kick", you can just waltz through like nothing and amaze your friends and influence people...
