Which CS should I get?

I want to get into this game. It looks like hella-fun. And I played the beta of GO and really enjoyed it. I don't know if I should get GO, Source, or 1.6? Help please?

i like CS:GO very much, and CS:GO got the pricepools (if you wanna go pro)
The ranked system is pretty neat too, even though many people use esea, esl or leetway instead

get csgo, source is good and it has alot bigger commuinity but id still say get csgo , ive been playing cs for years and once u get into go you will love it plus its a fresh look compared to source not saying source is bad looking but i prefer go just my opuion though

But on a serious note, get GO. The only reason being because it's the only CS with a really active community anymore.1.6 has been dead since 2009, all the people who played Source have gone GO. No other option left really.

Get GO, it is the new version and it will be improving during the next months. You can get the other versions just to try them and understand how this game evolved or as a collection. There are people who still play css and 1.6 but the most active growing comunity is now in GO. I come from 1.6 but I don't play it anymore, it is not that I don't like it but I am just focusing completily in GO. However I recommend still watching tutorials from pros and tips of previous verions of the game to learn about playing Counter Strike.
