Elite Crewman Badge?
I already earned level 5 whish is Global Sentinel Badge... and when i open my badge it's shows me: "You have leveled this badge to completion.".

How can i earn Elite Crewman Badge?
Is this some badge bug or it isn't published yet?

For the Elite Crewman Badge, you need to gather all Foil cards and craft it.

can i get any link to those foil cards or somehow get the exact name of the cards so that i can search and buy those from the community market.
