Report a translation problem
I know you're trying to help and be nice but honestly this is extremely common knowledge, it doesn't need to be said at all as voice communication has been in Counter-Strike since version 1.3 in 2001. You should not be encouraging reporting players for things like this, it's borderline on level with when someone has a porn avatar on their profile or something. Just don't look at it and move on, I know being Captain America and saving the children is your goal but it's just an inevitability that they will experience anyways.
Tell me one 13 year old (age requirement to use Steam) that is not thinking about sex, swearing and doing god only knows what and I will give you 1000 to that one that are. You can't shelter people, it doesn't work and to be honest spawns even worse and more rebelious kids.
Just sayin' man, I mean this with total respect, I just find it to be a waste of time, energy and resources better exuded on other more important things.
As to stuff that's just puerile nonsense: well, I have a 12yo daughter and I wouldn't really have a problem with her hearing the sort of crap that comes over the mic, or seeing most of the avatars people have. For that sort of thing, I totally agree: just mute it if you don't want to hear it. (Indeed that was sort of my point.)
My reason for posting wasn't to be Captain America and save the children or any of that crap. It was that I had just come from a game where someone was being silly and making mouth sound effects on the mic, and a few others started yelling at him to shut up, and then others started yelling at them to shut up, etc.
So yes, mute. Report if you must, but (here is my real point again) whatever you do, don't react on-mic.
The less insignificant things that are reported the more important things can be handled and in a much more timely fashion.
